The hotel is a wood-framed structure situated on a 2.99-acre parcel that features upgraded onsite underground infiltration beds, installed under approximately 50% of the new parking lot and driveways. 这 infrastructure enhancement ensures efficient water management, contributing to the property's sustainability efforts.
